How should I prepare my designs for printing?
We understand that not everyone is a professional designer. So we will accommodate you as best as possible. Nevertheless, in order to make the print job as quick as possible, it would be best if your designs are saved with the following criteria in mind:
File Format: Save the file in either Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (layered), JPEG, CorelDraw, or PDF format. Unless you are submitting an artwork in JPEG or PDF, it may be necessary to include the fonts.
Images: Vector format or high-resolution (at least 300 DPI). This will ensure that images remain sharp.
Colors: CMYK
Trimming: Any important items, such as logos and text should be placed at least ¼” away from the edge of the page. This will facilitate the cutting process. In addition, a bleed should be provided if anything in the artwork extends to the edge of the paper.

What are your operating hours?
We are open from 10.30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday & Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
I have my business card or brochure design on Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher. Is it possible to print these?
Yes. But it is not recommended as it often requires us to rebuild them in order to ensure that it can be printed. We have no problems with Word or Publisher files for personal documents such as letters and resumes since we can print such documents straight from Word. But for marketing materials or more complex projects, these programs are not suited. In order to maintain its quality, we need to rebuild them in another program.
What quantities do you print business cards in?
Typically, we print them in batches of 250, 500, 1000 and more. We can also print in smaller quantities, but they will cost same as printing 250 business cards as this is the minimum quantity that we print
What are your turnaround times?
This depends on the size and complexity of the job. We provide same-day service for some small jobs. In a job that involves custom design and printing, much of the time is usually spent in designing the artwork and exchanging feedback. If you can approve the artwork more quickly, the job will be done sooner.
Once the design has been completed, the completion time depends on the size and complexity of the job. Typically, short runs of 250-500copies can be done on the same day. More extensive jobs may require up to a week.
We also provide rush service – though for an additional fee.
Will it print exactly as it appears on the screen?
Colors may differ slightly between different monitors and the actual printout. This is because these devices are all calibrated differently. We can’t see your screen, but you can visit us with your laptop and files and speak with one of our staff.
